01What we collect

• Form details: name, email, phone, Spring Arbor program, clinical timing, city and state, and your message.
• Messages: chat, WhatsApp and text conversations with the placement desk.
• A chat ID: a random ID in your browser's local storage so your chat picks up where it left off; not an advertising cookie.
• The page you're on while chatting, for context.
• Email sign-ups: the address you give for practicum tips.
• Visitor identification: a marketing partner's script may recognize a returning visitor and match the visit to an email address already in that partner's network, so we can follow up about practicum placement.

02How it's used

• Replying to you and planning your placement.
• Contacting you by email, call or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to end texts.
• Occasional practicum emails, each with an unsubscribe link.
• Sharing only what a preceptor or site needs, and only after you ask us to go ahead.

We don't sell your information or give it to advertising networks.

03Service providers

Hosting, chat, messaging and email providers process your details for us under their own security terms, as does our visitor-identification partner for visit data. Preceptors and sites see only what they need once you've asked us to proceed.

04Retention

We keep records while your placement is planned or under way and for a reasonable time after. Ask and we'll delete them sooner unless the law requires us to keep something.

05Your choices

• Request a copy of your information.
• Ask for corrections or deletion.
• Reply STOP to texts or unsubscribe from emails.
